Several cluster operators failing with x509: certificate has expired or is not yet valid in OpenShift 4 insalled on RHV

Issue

  • The certificate used by the operators was only valid after a certain time in the future.
  • The cluster is accessible via oc login command.
  • Serval cluster operators were degraded, including the authentication, ingress and kube-apiserver operators.
  • No NTP set up during disconnected RHV installation.
