iDRAC reports 'A fatal error was detected on a component at bus 2 device 0 function 0' error

Issue

• The following error is reported by iDRAC when the server is running Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.3 kernel (5.14.0-362.8.1.el9_3) or more recent:
  A fatal error was detected on a component at bus 2 device 0 function 0
• Simultaneously the below error is reported by the kernel:
  [Hardware Error]: Hardware error from APEI Generic Hardware Error Source: 4
• The error disappears when the server is booted with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.2 kernel.
