Ceph dashboard throws ""404 - Not Found Could not reach Prometheus's API on xxx"

Issue

  • After deploying ceph dashboard on the provisioning network, errors saying:

    "404 - Not Found
Could not reach Prometheus's API on http://192.168.0.122:9092/api/v1"



"404 - Not Found 
Could not reach Alertmanager's API on http://192.168.0.122:9093/api/v1"

    are shown in the upper right corner of the dashboard.

  • Red Hat OpenStack Platform 17.1 + Ceph 6.0
