libvirtd.service gets dead about 2 mins after host reboots

Issue

  • libvirtd.service process goes dead 2 min (120 sec) after the system boots
  • The service is enabled and exits without any error. It should not be dead automatically.
  • The issue does not occurred in RHEL7.7, but in RHEL8.6.
