Every oc command is returning error messages after installation of Custom Metrics Autoscaler in RHOCP 4

Issue

• After Instaling Custom Metrics Autoscaler 2.10.1-267, any oc command is ending with the following couldn't get resource list for external.metrics.k8s.io/v1beta1 error message, along with the actual results.

  oc get nodes
  E1005 10:22:47.412378  184315 memcache.go:255] couldn't get resource list for external.metrics.k8s.io/v1beta1: Got empty response for: external.metrics.k8s.io/v1beta1

• What is the cause of this error message couldn't get resource list for external.metrics.k8s.io/v1beta1: Got empty response for: external.metrics.k8s.io/v1beta1 , does it have any impact?

• Is there a way to fix this error msg, which is causing lot of noise with each oc command?
