ストレージの移動/コピー/移行により、"Devices file sys_wwid <wwid> last seen on <devnode> not found" エラーが発生する

Issue

• LVM が使用するストレージデバイスにおいて、ストレージレベルで (pvmove 以外で) ディスク上のデータが新しいディスクに移動、移行、またはクローンされ、WWID が変更された場合、その操作後またはシステムの再起動後に VG がアクティベートされない可能性があります。

• LVM system.devices キャッシュファイルを使用している際に、デバイスの不一致に関する "not found" および "not matched" というエラーが、あらゆる LVM コマンドで出力されます。

• /etc/lvm/devices/system.devices LVM キャッシュファイルには、新しいディスクの WWID ではなく、古い以前の WWID 値が引き続き含まれています。
