Squid 503 error in Selinux permissive mode

Issue

  • Many times squid shows 503 while connecting to the destination.
  • When selinux is in permissive mode issue resolves.
  • Running squid out of systemd (i.e manually) also resolved the issue.
  • File context related to squid are correct.
  • Custom ports are involved in squid configuration.
