Where can we get tcsh/csh commands used ?
Issue
- Customer need to use tcsh and csh shells on their RHEL7/RHEL8/RHEL9/RHEL10 systems sometimes.
- tcsh package isn't installed on RHEL7/RHEL8/RHEL9/RHEL10 in default when RHEL OS is installed initially.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10
- tcsh
