Is it possible to install libmysqlclient.so.18 in RHEL8 and above

Upgraded from RHEL7 to RHEL8 post which 3rd party application is not getting started as there is missing dependency
libmysqlclient.so.18 -
RHEL8 only has
libmysqlclient.so.21and nolibmysqlclient.so.18.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 and Above
