Dynatrace OneAgent Operator cause high audit log rate
Issue
The Dynatrace OneAgent Operator is causing a high audit log rate.
The system logs are populated with lines similar to the following:
dispatch err (pipe full) event lost
dispatch error reporting limit reached - ending report notification
It can trigger 6000 logs in 20 seconds which is causing a high load on the hosts resources.
