UT005023: Exception handling request org.wildfly.common.codec.DecodeException: COM00501: Expected padding

Issue

  • We observed the below error while executing REST APIs to trigger our workflows:

    ERROR [io.undertow.request] (default task-86) UT005023: Exception handling request to /kie-server/services/rest/server/queries/processes/instances: org.wildfly.common.codec.DecodeException: COM00501: Expected padding

  • The APIs work perfectly when executed from Postman. But getting the error when REST API is executed from another application environment.

Environment

  • Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RHPAM) 7.12, 7.13
  • Authorization done using Elytron;
