What is the 9090 port used for in Satellite and where can I set it up?

I want to know what 9090 https port does in Satellite.

If look at the Manual, it is described as websm_port when opened with the selinux command.
Then, is there a separate UI like web? -
Also, I would like to ask where is the setting for 9090 port.
