RHEL7 on Hyper-V with fast startup enabled fails to boot or hangs up
Issue

Automatic Startupon Hyper-V virtual machines, which is a feature that VMs on Hyper-V start automatically when the physical machine starts, and then power on the physical machine and Hyper-V. - After starting the physical machine and Hyper-V, all VMs will power on but fail to boot or hang up.
