- After EUS upgrade from 4.8.39 to 4.10.21, Performance Addon and Vertical Pod Autoscaler operators fail to upgrade.
Environment
- Red Hat Openshift Container Platform (RHOCP)
- EUS (Extended Update Support) Upgrades from 4.8 to 4.10
- Performance Addon Operator (PAO)
- Vertical Pod Autoscaler Operator (VPA)
- Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM) subscription with installPlanApproval as manual
