Connectivity lost while performing a minor/major update with external-update run --stack overcloud --tags ovn
Issue
Instance connectivity is lost for a variable amount of time (from 20 seconds to 3 minutes) when the following command is typed:
$ openstack overcloud external-update run --stack overcloud --tags ovn
Environment
Updates/Upgrades when there is an ovn database schema modification
