Received "unauthorized: authentication required" when the internal Image Registry is configured as Image Registry Source in OpenShift 4
Issue
- After modifying the object
image.config.openshift.io/cluster, addingimage-registry.openshift-image-registry.svc:5000inside{.spec.registrySources.containerRuntimeSearchRegistries[]}, pulling an image from the internal registry results in "unauthorized: authentication required". - When the internal Image Registry is configured as a Registry Source, image pull fails with "
unauthorized: authentication required" error messages.
