How to update php version on RHEL 8 from php:7.3 to php:7.4 which is registered through Satellite?

Issue

• Unable to update the php package from 7.3 to 7.4 on RHEL8 registered hosts.

• Cannot enable php:7.4 module successfully in RHEL 8.

  # dnf module enable php:7.4
  The operation would result in switching of module 'php' stream '7.3' to stream '7.4'
  Error: It is not possible to switch enabled streams of a module unless explicitly enabled via configuration option module_stream_switch.
  It is recommended to rather remove all installed content from the module, and reset the module using the 'dnf module reset <module_name>' command. After you reset the module, you can install the other stream.
