Operator still present after operator is uninstalled

Issue

  • Operator is still present via oc cli after uninstalling the operator by either console uninstall option or by removing the subscription and csv via oc cli.

$ oc get subs,csv -n openshift-operators
No resources found in openshift-operators namespace.
