On a Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.x cluster, the following error is observed in kube-apiserver logs:
E0202 14:54:20.968426 200 authentication.go:53] Unable to authenticate the request due to an error: [invalid bearer token, token lookup failed] - Some OpenShift components and pods receiving Unauthorized errors when accessing the API
