Issue

  • Kdump service fails to start. Upon checking the kdump service status, the following error messages are observed.
  • Dumping vmcore file on a disk.
 kdumpctl: More than one dump targets specified.
 kdumpctl: Starting kdump: [FAILED]
 systemd[1]: kdump.service: main process exited, code=exited, status=1/
 systemd[1]: Failed to start Crash recovery kernel arming.
