Virtual interfaces managed independently

• After introducing Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7 and 8, we lost the functionality of managing virtual interfaces independently as the traditional way. Although this is not something we recommend, there are some cases in which having virtual interfaces working independently is needed, the focus of this article is to provide you a work around for such a scenario.
