IPaddr2 resource doesn't work with IPv6 in RHEL 6 pacemaker cluster

Environment

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6 with the High Availability Add On
• pacemaker
• One or more IPaddr2 resources configured with IPv6 address(es)
• resource-agents releases prior to:
  • 3.9.2-21.el6_4.10 in RHEL 6 Update 4
  • 3.9.2-40.el6_5.3 in RHEL 6 Update 5
  • 3.9.5-12.el6 in other RHEL 6 updates
