Getting rejection message "TLS handshake failed" after sending e-mails.

Issue

  • Mail is getting rejected to a specific domain.

    Sep 18 17:47:45 XX sendmail[4025]: ruleset=tls_server, arg1=SOFTWARE, relay=mail.example.com, reject=403 4.7.0 TLS handshake failed.  
Sep 18 17:47:45 XX sendmail[4025]: p8F8QUlr004450: to=<test@mail.example.com>, delay=3+00:21:15, xdelay=00:29:09, mailer=esmtp, pri=10833627, relay=mail.example.com. [xx.xx.xx.xx], dsn=4.0.0,  stat=Deferred: 403 4.7.0 TLS handshake failed.
