The console shows "Oh no! Something has gone wrong" and GUI failed to startup

Issue

• After boot, the following messages shows on the console and the GUI can't startup.

          Oh no! Something has gone wrong.
A poblem has occurred and the system can't recover.
            Please logout and try again.

• It is able to ssh to the system. The Xorg.log has followings errors.

    (WW) warning, (EE) error, (NI) not implemented, (??) unknown.
[     3.545] (EE) AIGLX error: dlopen of /usr/lib64/dri/swrast_dri.so failed (/usr/lib64/dri/swrast_dri.so: undefined symbol: _glapi_tls_Dispatch)
[     3.545] (EE) AIGLX error: unable to load driver swrast
[     3.545] (EE) GLX: could not load software renderer
