Bonding NICs in 802.3ad LACP (mode 4) produces different Aggregator IDs for each interface

Issue

We are bonding 4 NIC's on RHEL using the 802.3ad bonding mode. The Cisco switch is configured for LACP. The Aggregator ID is different for half the NIC's. Is this a problem?
