Why the below deprecation notice is shown?
The Jenkins operator is deprecated and will be removed in the future OpenShift versions
Resolution
The Jenkins operator was available only as Tech Preview starting with OpenShift 4.6, and it was deprecated in 4.8: The Jenkins Operator (Technology Preview) is deprecated.
Upgrades to OpenShift 4.9 allow the use of the Jenkins operator with a warning, and the operator is removed in OpenShift 4.10 as per the Deprecated and removed features in OCP 4.10.

Root Cause
The Jenkins operator was available only as Tech Preview starting with OpenShift 4.6. It was deprecated in OpenShift 4.8 and removed in OpenShift 4.10.
