Why I'm getting "Http Status 403" when trying to login EPP 5?

Issue

We have also tried to create a new user group in EPP - "/platform/IntranetUsers" and added the users into that group using CustomMembershipLoginModule module. But getting error message - HTTP Status 403 - Access to the requested resource has been denied.
