Kernel throws "kobject_add" failed for [deviceid] after execution of rescan-scsi-bus.sh
Issue
- Execution of rescan-scsi-bus.sh results in
kernel: kobject_add failedin/var/log/messages, and sometimes triggers a kernel panic.
Oct 5 18:21:11 localhost kernel: kobject_add failed for 1:0:4:0 with -EEXIST, don't try to register things with the same name in the same directory.
