Failed paths to scsi devices are deleted from the system
Issue
- (Some) failed paths don't appear at all in
multipath -lloutput - After a storage outage, SCSI devices have disappeared from the system

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8
- Multipath capable Fibre Channel storage
