How does the positive-time-to-live parameter work in nscd.conf?
Issue
- According to the description in man page of
nscd.conf, I set thepositive-time-to-liveparameter of host service innscd.conf, but it seems that the DNS record stays in the nscd cache longer than thepositive-time-to-livesetting, why?
