Global maven settings.xml for OpenShift Enterprise
Issue
- OpenShift JBoss cartridge (and maybe others) does not leverage the maven global settings.xml file located in $M2_HOME/conf/settings.xml
- What would be the best way to provide a common maven settings (proxy configuration, mirrors, ...) for all users?
