abrt-server complains that reporter-systemd-journal command is not found

Issue

• Unknown error messages have been generated in /var/log/messages when abrt-server worked.

Aug 5 22:13:12 localhost abrt-server[12345]: /bin/sh: reporter-systemd-journal: command not found

• The command "reporter-systemd-journal:" cannot be found in my system.
• Though a package "libreport-plugin-systemd-journal-debuginfo" was found, but I cannot find and the install libreport-plugin-systemd-journal package.
