Clients are unable to reach to the Red Hat Satellite server and failing with error "Failed connect to satellite.example.com:443; Connection refused".

Issue

• yum repolist command is failing on the clients registered to the Satellite server with the below error:

  https://satellite.example.com/pulp/repos/redhat/Library/testa/content/dist/rhel/server/7/7Server/x86_64/os/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] curl#7 - "Failed connect to satellite.example.com:443; Connection refused"
  

• Firewalld is not running on the Satellite server but clients and capsule servers are unable to reach to the Satellite server on port 443.

• External communication on port 443 is stopped on the Satellite server.
