Deleted nodes coming back to the OCP cluster

OpenShift nodes have been deleted from the cluster with the following commands:
oc adm cordon <node> oc delete node <node> - Then they reappear after they have been restarted when they were intended to be repurposed
- OpenShift marked the nodes as
schedulableand workload was placed onto them
