Why packets are getting fragmented while sending if the destination server's TCP receive buffer size is lowerd ?

Issue

  • TCP receive window size, net.ipv4.tcp_rmem has been lowered to value net.ipv4.tcp_rmem = 128 1044 1044 OR net.ipv4.tcp_rmem = 512 1392 4092 and then while sending data to the system where these changes are done, packets are getting fragmented.
