One of my hard drives in a software RAID array with redundancy failed. What can I do?
Issue
- My server has a RAID 1/4/5/6/10 array, and one of the underlying disks failed.
- I have identified the offending disk and am ready to act on it.
- What steps must I follow to bring my system back to a healthy state, with no data loss?
