Issue

Does Red Hat have some agreement with Oracle on how to license Oracle DB (Enterprise Edition) to run in a Red Hat VM? If I assign 4 vCPUs to a VM, will I need to license Oracle for 4 logical cpus (cores)?
Has Red Hat tested Oracle's RAC in Red Hat VMs on separate physical servers? Could we leverage two physical servers with Red Hat Virtualization and Oracle DB/RAC running in a VM on each server?
