Is there a way to have RHEL send /dev/console to all configured consoles

Issue

• I'm wondering why RHEL can't dump the init script output to all listed consoles instead of just one.  It would be very nice to be able to watch the OS boot from a serial port *and* a video card without having to change grub.
• Can we have "send init output (r/o) to all consoles during boot"?
• Kernel cmdline console=ttyS1,9600 console=tty0 only writes to the last one.
