We are thinking about purchasing an ELS for RHEL6 when RHEL6 reaches the end of the Extended Life Cycle Support (ELS)

Can we use Extended Life Cycle Support (ELS) Add-On on a public cloud like AWS,Azure,GCP and etc ?
