bnx2x interfaces hangs while initializing and results in the following message "bnx2x_issue_dmae_with_comp:435(eth0)]DMAE timeout!"

Issue

• After a cold reboot, bnx2x interfaces hangs while initializing and the following messages are seen in the console

   bnx2x: [bnx2x_issue_dmae_with_comp:435(eth0)]DMAE timeout!
   bnx2x 0000:04:00.0: eth0: using MSI-X  IRQs: sp 87  fp[0] 89 ... fp[7] 96
   bnx2x: [bnx2x_stats_comp:173(eth0)]timeout waiting for stats finished
   bnx2x: [bnx2x_stats_comp:173(eth0)]timeout waiting for stats finished
   bnx2x: [bnx2x_state_wait:335(eth0)]timeout waiting for state 1
   bnx2x: [bnx2x_nic_load:2146(eth0)]Function start failed!

• Sometimes after replacing system board, NIC's fails to start with same above error message.
