Application created or updated on Red Hat 3scale API Management using OIDC (OpenID Connect) is not synced to Red Hat Single Sign-On (RH-SSO)

Issue

We have Red Hat 3scale On-premises and RH-SSO installed on top of OpenShift. New applications created (with OIDC Authentication) are not creating the clients in RH-SSO.
