How do I add additional compute nodes to my openstack environment using packstack?

Issue

• How do I install more compute with packstack after rhos was setup initially using packstack?

• When a failed openstack node is reinstalled with basic OS, how can I use packstack to reinstall it and put it back into use?

• if controller and compute node have same host name adding a compute node will work but will not show in nova service-list or nova hypervisor-list. So be sure the systems have unique hostnames.
