Is it possible to change the time zone on a RHEV-H hypervisor
Issue
- The time is off in RHEV guests and the hypervisor's time zone needs to be changed accordingly.

- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor (RHEV-H) image based hosts
