Issue
- The error log displays the following warning message:
AH03490: scoreboard is full, not at MaxRequestWorkers. Increase ServerLimit. - The message is observed when the Event Multi-Processing Module (MPM) is configured.
- Clarification is needed to determine if this message is harmful and whether the
ServerLimitdirective value needs to be increased.
