Issue

  • I have misplaced the original email verification email and I need to complete this action.
  • I am unable to access Red Hat Insights dashboard as it is requesting email verification.

Resolution

  1. Email verification is one of the required steps one needs to complete in order to swiftly operate their Red Hat account.

  2. If you have lost the original email verification email and need to complete the email verification now, please follow the steps listed below.

Steps to complete the email verification process

  • Login to the Red Hat Customer Portal using your credentials.
  • If email verification is pending for your account, upon logging in, an email verification email will be triggered automatically to the email address associated with your login ID and you'll arrive on a page similar to the below:

  • If you don't receive an email verification email in your inbox within a couple of minutes, you can click the blue link Resend the verification email that you see in the above screenshot.

  • Once you receive the email verification email, click the email confirmation link that's inside to complete the email verification.

  • If you're not receiving the email verification email, ensure that your email client can receive emails from no-reply@redhat.com
