'[Errno 14] HTTPS Error 503 - Service Unavailable' when executing `yum repolist` on a client registered to Satellite Capsule

- Satellite Capsule is not able to serve requests related to pulp/repositories content: executing commands like
yum repolistordnf install <package>on a client registered to the Capsule returns:[Errno 14] HTTPS Error 503 - Service Unavailable.
