Issue

  • Messages similar to the following are seen in logs:

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
  • Emulex HBA with lpfc logging enabled (module parameter lpfc_log_verbose=0xc3)
    OR echo '4253' > /sys/class/scsi_host/hostX/lpfc_log_verbose
