Why does 'WARNING: No module xxxxx found for kernel 2.6.18-<ver>.el5, continuing anyway' appear when updating kernel?

- Following warning message was printed on console when updating kernel using yum.

Installing : kernel-xen 10/28

Resolution
This warning means that a third party module named xxxx which is loaded in existing kernel does not exist for the updated kernel. Module's vendor should be engaged and it should be installed for new kernel.
