Numeric names are no longer supported in RHEL 7.x
Issue
- As of the release of
shadow-utils-4.1.5.1-25.el7, all numeric values are not supported. This creates issues with existing workflow, where clients have been allocated numeric usernames for SSH/SFTP/FTP services. - We'd like to know if there's a way to create a user with only numeric characters in RHEL 7.7?
