GRUB boot fails returning "Error 15: File not found"
Issue
- I recently completed some maintenance on my system and rebooted. Now my system cannot boot and shows output similar to the following:

Filesystem type is ext2fs, partition type 0x83
Kernel /<kernel version>
Error 15: File not Found
